Contract Management

Contract Management Unit is responsible for managing all contracts including tracking contracts and leases once they are approved by the Board of Chosen Freeholders. This office maintains contracts and leases in RIMS (County Records Management System); providing key agreement terms and payment schedules to the Billing/Accounts Payables team as well as monitoring renewals. Contract Management is critical to provide a unified approach to contracts/agreements/leases, regardless of the originating Division.
