The Division of Youth Services provides collaboration and planning in an effort to support both in and out of school youth in an effort to assist with employment and educational training. This division also houses the Youth Services Advisory Council that coordinates with county and state juvenile justice initiatives.
Youth Services has created a new one-stop initiative with three Youth Centers in Willingboro, Burlington City, and Pemberton. These centers include mentoring, academic and job training, access to health programs and sports. The County secures about $2.6 million in youth services grant dollars each year, funding over 25 individual programs that serve more than 5,000 young people in Burlington County.
