In this class Chef Junnie Lai will share a menu of Chicken Dinner recipes showcasing the poultry of Griggstown Farm (undeniably, the tastiest poultry birds in New Jersey*). Each recipe calls on a specific technique that enhances the flavors and presentation of the dish.
Junnie Lai is a chef who uses her talents and creativity to make beautiful, delicious and health-conscious food -- and her recent classes on Thai Cuisine and Vegetarian Cooking are testament to her terrific culinary skills. Born and raised in Malaysia, Junnie grew up in her family's baking business, and has extensive experience in baking and pastry. She continued her education and training in the United States, and has worked in the US as a research chef in food product development.
