Junnie Lai is a chef who uses her culinary talents and creativity to make beautiful, delicious and health-conscious food. Born and raised in Malaysia, she is well versed in Asian cuisines and cooking, and loves to use those sensibilities in creating her menus..
Seating is limited for this class so that everyone will have a good view from around the cooking island, and Junnie can interact with students while she prepares a classic Thai menu. The class will sit down to lunch after the demonstration.
