Accessing Public Records

Any person may search documents on file within the Public Records Electronic Search System.

Index

The Clerk's Office maintains an extensive computerized index that may be searched on the public access search computers in the office and offsite remotely.

Process Facts

  • Over 1.7 million documents may be immediately called up on the computer display.
  • Those documents not available for immediate display may be searched in hard copy form.
  • All documents are available for printing or copying. The entire process is fast and easy.
