Marriage Licenses
A marriage license must be obtained prior to the ceremony as provided in REG-D30.

If you reside in New Jersey, the marriage license must be obtained in the municipality in which either party resides. If you live outside of New Jersey, the marriage license must be obtained in the municipality in which the service will be taking place, as per REG-77.

Ceremonies
Mr. Tyler provides marriages typically Monday through Friday at his office, depending on his schedule. Please view the calendar for open dates.

On the day of your ceremony, you must have your marriage license as provided by your registrar and 2 witnesses. Family and friends are encouraged to attend, but please be mindful that the ceremonies are held in his office.

Once the ceremony is complete, the executed license is delivered to Mount Holly Municipal Registrar. After 5 days you may contact Mount Holly Municipal Registrar to obtain your marriage certificate.

Mr. Tyler does perform marriages at different locations on special dates throughout the county. Please be sure to check back for future events.
