Burlington County Offers Recycling Event this Saturday for Residents!
Shred Documents and Recycle Computers, TVs & Old Strings of Holiday Lights December 5th at the Burlington County Resource Recovery Complex! This is the last recycling event of 2015, don't miss out!
Burlington County Freeholders announced that County residents will have another opportunity to shred confidential documents and safely dispose of computers and TVs and more on Saturday, Dec. 5th, 2015 from 9 AM to 1 PM at the Burlington County Resource Recovery Complex! 22000 Burlington-Columbus Road, Florence, NJ 08518. Exit 52A off of I-295.
Residents are urged to bring only “confidential” documents for shredding, such as bank and credit card statements, tax returns, papers with account numbers or social security numbers. They will be shredded on-site. Please, no binders, plastic folders, computer disks or plastic credit cards. Up to four bags or boxes per car will be accepted. Already-shredded paper can also be recycled at this event.
In addition to TVs and computer equipment, residents may bring the following:

• Cell phones
• Desktop copiers
• Fax machines
• Game consoles
• Irons
• Microwaves
• Mixers
• Non-working strings of holiday lights
• Printers
• Record players
• Scanners
• Stereos/equipment
• Toasters
• Vacuum cleaners
• VCR/DVD/MP3 players
• Vehicle batteries
