Spring Egg Hunt this Saturday, March 19th
Do you know where the Easter Bunny tradition comes from? According to many sources, the Easter bunny first arrived in America in the 1700s with German immigrants who settled in Pennsylvania and transported their tradition of an egg-laying hare called “Osterhase” or “Oschter Haws.” Their children made nests so that the hare could lay its colored eggs.
Come out and start a new tradition with the Family Success Center's Annual Spring Egg Hunt! The event will take place on Saturday, March 19th from 11 AM to 2 PM, and will include food, crafts, and pictures with the Easter Bunny. The Egg Hunt will start at 12:00.
