The Burlington County Board of Elections works in conjunction with the County Clerk and the Superintendent of Elections to ensure fair and voter-friendly elections, and is primarily responsible for:
- Certifying election results, challengers, and board workers
- Recounts
- Polling place inspections
- Receiving and counting vote by mail ballots and provisional ballots
- Redistricting
If you are interested in being a board worker, you may contact the Board of Elections at (609) 265-5062 or (609) 265-5161. You may also fill out and return this application. Board workers will go through mandatory training and must be recertified every two years.
