A Philly Boy's Love Affair With Burlington County

Wednesday, November 13, 2019

Presented by guest speaker Tony Croasdale iNaturalist is an app that records and helps identify any living organism. This is a very useful tool in documenting regional biodiversity. iNaturalist hosts a competition in late April where cities around the world compete against each other to record the most species. As part of the competition, Tony held a one day bio-blitz of Burlington County to add as many species as possible. Tony will talk about how he put together his bio-blitz. This talk will demonstrate how to use iNaturalist and hopefully encourage attendees to participate in the 2020 City Nature Challenge. This presentation is sponsored by the Burlington County Natural Science Club.
