[ARCHIVED] Curbside Recycling Collections Will Be Delayed by Several Days for All Municipalities

A national truck driver shortage is impacting trash and recycling collectors, including the County’s recycling contractor, the Occupational Training Center (OTC).

The OTC is working aggressively to solve this problem, but recycling pickup will be delayed for the next several weeks.

Makeup days have been confirmed for the following towns:

Thursday, June 24th - Springfield, Westampton, Willingboro, Burlington City, Burlington Twp.*

* Burlington Twp. collections will begin on Thursday and continue through Friday.

Friday, June 25th - Eastampton, Mt. Holly and Evesham*

*Evesham collections will begin on Friday and continue through Sunday.

Saturday, June 26th - Maple Shade

Monday, June 28th - Lumberton, Southampton and Mt. Laurel*

*Mt. Laurel collections will begin on Monday and continue through Tuesday.

Tuesday, June 29th - Hainesport

Makeup dates for additional towns will be posted daily. 

If your town is not listed, your makeup day has not been scheduled.

All municipalities do have a recycling drop-off that we encourage residents to utilize during this time. Please check your municipality’s webpage for current hours and location.
