Forum on Police Interaction - 2021-11-23T171617.246

The Burlington County Department of Solid Waste and Recycling announced changes to the recycling schedule this week due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

Recycling schedule will be shifted to the next day due to the holiday. Towns where recycling is normally scheduled to be collected this Thursday will be picked up on Friday and towns scheduled for pickup on Friday will have their recyclables collected on Saturday.

Thanksgiving 2021 Holiday Schedule

Beverly, Delanco, Edgewater Park, Willingboro – Recycle Friday, Nov. 26th

Burlington City, Burlington Twp., Springfield, Westampton – Recycle Saturday Nov. 27th

Get your recycling schedule, including paper shredding days, find where to recycle old TVs and more with the Recycle Coach smartphone app! Available on iTunes and GooglePlay app stores.

Burlington County is one of the only counties in New Jersey to collect recycling from all its towns and one of the few to not charge a fee for this service. Last year, more than 40,000 tons of waste were recycled through the program, saving towns and their taxpayers more than $3.4 million in landfill disposal fees.
