Emergency Response Hypnosis, originally developed by the National Guild of Hypnotists, teaches techniques that first-responders and emergency support personnel can use to reduce physical and psychological pain during an incident. Evidence-based research supports the positive role conversational hypnosis plays in helping not just the physical pain associated with injury, but also the emotional toll on those affected by serious incidents in the community. Participants will learn how to effectively communicate with victims of a traumatic event through proven techniques that reduce stress and anxiety as well as alleviate physical pain and suffering.
