    SEPTEMBER 24, 1:30 PM - SPOTLIGHT ON NATURE—DRAGONFLY POND & MONARCH WAYSTATION, Rancocas Nature Center - Fall is a busy time of year for wildlife at the Rancocas Nature Center’s Dragonfly Pond and Monarch Waystation. Visit the Nature Center anytime between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. and join a Naturalist for a close-up look at these mini habitats. The afternoon will include netting butterflies and other insects, pond sampling, and a Monarch tagging. Register by calling 609-261-2495.

    Mary Carty and Steve Carty, mother and son, are exhibiting baskets from their collection that the public rarely gets to see. From unusual baskets they created based on antiques in their collection to traditional baskets woven from unique fibers, the display is captivating. The exhibit will also include native British Colombian baskets circa 1890 and baskets from the next generation of their extended family.
