Local Lamb and hand-made Couscous with Chefs Junnie Lai and Jolynn Deloach -The class will begin with Jolynnn Deloach (from In My Grandmother’s Kitchen) teaching a hands-on lesson in making couscous from scratch. While the couscous steams, Chef Junnie will assemble a menu featuring local farm lamb from Little Hooves Romney. $75 - Register online.

Enjoy all kinds of wonderful art, from paintings to photography, all with a winter theme. Art is available for purchase during the Smithville Mansion Tours and Victorian Holiday events. Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Mansion, a non-profit organization Gallery hours: Thursday-Sunday, 10 AM - 4 PM and Sunday– Noon - 4 PM.

Come see an array of creations by talented artists. Some of the works on display will include blankets, hats/scarves; lap robes, afghans, prayer shawls, chemo caps and assorted holiday favors for children. It’s an opportunity to highlight this craft and share skills across generations. The guild was founded in 1995 in Willingboro, New Jersey. The guild was created to share information, skills and patterns with all who were interested. In addition, it provides a chance for relaxion, social interaction and a good way to keep physically active both mind and body. Over the years, thousands of items have been donated to people in need through various local/national organizations, charities and hospitals. Gallery hours: Thursday-Sunday, 10 AM - 4 PM and Sunday– Noon - 4 PM.
