    “Let’s Go Dutch” Cooking Class with Cara Griffin, Experience the flavors that Holland has to offer with a comfort food tomato meatball soup, followed by Nasi Goreng, a traditional, warmly spiced rice dish found in Indonesia that has become adapted to Dutch cooking with the influence of the spice trade. We will end out our tour with a classic Dutch speculaas cookie, a perfectly spiced cookie that is a cousin of American style gingerbread.     The Underground Railroad Museum of Burlington County presents this exhibit of  African-American images in the visual arts of the 20th and 21st centuries. There is an Art Reception to meet the artists on Saturday, February 3 from 1 – 3pm.  Gallery hours are Thursday – Saturday from 10 AM – 4 PM and Sunday from noon – 4 PM.
