“Let’s Go Dutch” Cooking Class with Cara Griffin, Experience the flavors that Holland has to offer with a comfort food tomato meatball soup, followed by Nasi Goreng, a traditional, warmly spiced rice dish found in Indonesia that has become adapted to Dutch cooking with the influence of the spice trade. The Underground Railroad Museum of Burlington County presents this exhibit of African-American images in the visual arts of the 20th and 21st centuries. There is an Art Reception to meet the artists on Saturday, February 3 from 1 – 3pm. Gallery hours are Thursday – Saturday from 10 AM – 4 PM and Sunday from noon – 4 PM.
