    A two-day intensive cake course. We’ll start day one with the basics of baking the perfect layer cake. You will learn the science behind perfectly fluffy, moist layers, delicious fillings, and of course, perfectly smooth and creamy buttercream frosting. On day two, we get to learn all the basics of covering a cake in fondant and decorating our cakes in an adorable spring theme fit for your Easter dessert table.
