Crepuscular animals are active at dawn and dusk. Take a nature walk with naturalist Kate to marvel at the sunset and learn about the crepuscular wildlife that come out at this time and why they are unique. Learn about animals such as deer, beaver, owls, bats, and more! Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Be sure to dress for the weather! Binoculars and camera are optional.

Come out to Historic Smithville Park to see works by the talented teens of Burlington County. Schools throughout the region will be represented. A great opportunity for students, families and others to see the artwork in a gallery setting. Gallery hours: Thursday-Saturday 10-4; Sunday 12-4.Art Reception: Sunday, April 7, 1-3 PM.

The Burlington County Parks System offers story time geared for children ages 2-5 years old, two times per week. Children will enjoy hearing 3 short stories read aloud, separated by 3 songs that children play along to with rhythm instruments. Each session also includes an age-appropriate craft. Tuesdays at the Rancocas Nature Center and Thursdays at the Worker’s House Gallery at Smithville.
