We are very proud to announce the second annual suicide awareness and prevention walk. Join us for Music, Refreshments, Support, Resource Tables, Education, Pet Therapy, a Remembrance Program, and so much more.
More people in our nation die by suicide than in automobile accidents. The suicide rate in our country is nearly double that of homicide. And, far too many of our young people have been lost because they felt so alone. This event’s purpose is to reach out to all in our community with support, education and resources and walk together to make a difference, to let people know that help is available. The Walk will begin at 6:00pm. We can all help prevent suicide. CONTACT of Burlington County Lifeline provides 24/7; free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones. Register http://bit.ly/2018BurlCoWalkForLife and come walk with us.

September 6, 2018 - September 30, 2018 @ Warden's House Gallery
Local Burlington county residents are featured at the Warden’s House Gallery in a monthly rotation. Please be sure to stop in for each exhibit and experience the unique and diverse array of artistic expression. “For many years, I have made narrative paintings in acrylic, using only black and white paint. In these value studies, I attempt to fuse the personal with the surreal to give visual expression to experiences I have had. Since settling in Mount Holly a year ago, I have explored painting the Rancocas Creek and its tributaries. I have chosen to focus on water, a rare commodity in Arizona, where I have lived most of my life. I am intrigued by the juxtaposition of water and earth, earth and sky.” - Art Smith Gallery Hours: Thursday - Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM and Sunday, Noon - 4 PM.

Experience the many hand crafted ways to work with glass and create art. Macie Art Glass presents: A Journey into Art Glass. As a medium, glass is a diverse material that allows the artist great flexibility in expression. Glass is also still a relatively unexplored frontier for artists. It’s characteristics present hurdles for one’s creative mind, but once understood, glass delivers a vision unlike any other material available to us. With examples of stained glass panels executed in both lead came and copper foil method. Together with mosaics made from glass and kiln formed examples of art glass on display, the gallery is full of works showing the diversity of this amazing material.
