  1. Addiction Support Group Meeting

    The Board of Chosen Freeholders is partnering with Ashley Addiction Treatment to host Addiction Support Group Meetings on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of every month from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at the Agricultural Center Farmhouse located at 500 Centerton Road, Moorestown, NJ. The individual battling addiction isn’t the only one in need of healing. Parent & Family Connection is a safe, professionally-facilitated resource for family members and parents/guardians that have a child or loved one in recovery or actively using. It’s a place to share support, wisdom, and perspective to help cope with the collateral effects of addiction.

    From pollinators to recyclers to predatory insects that keep pest populations in check, beneficial insects are crucial to the proper functioning of the natural world.  Participants will learn about the important roles of beneficial insects and how to identify the common species in our area. Find out how to attract beneficial insects to your yard, as well as what we can do to help ensure that they aren’t poisoned with pesticides. Presented by Jen Bulava.
