If you are a person who believes to be qualified under the statute as a covered person and want to be redacted from records that may be provided to the public under OPRA or online services, please contact the Office of Information Privacy at https://www.nj.gov/dca/oip/
"Be advised that records may contain information governed by L. 2015, c. 226 and L. 2020, c. 125, which include civil and criminal penalties for improper disclosure."

We continue to work diligently to understand the function of the law with the information that the Board of Taxation provides and how that information is made available online and through OPRA requests. We appreciate your understanding as we work to create a process that ensures protection of the information that we provide.
