Continue the fun indoors with this high-energy Zumba class! Get a fantastic workout with fitness instructor Aldona. Zumba incorporates a variety of dance moves, promotes a healthy heart and a healthy dose of aerobic activity, is a great way to build and tone muscles, improves cardio, promotes flexibility, and, best of all, decreases stress. This class is 60 minutes and takes place at the Burlington County Lyceum, 307 High St., Mt Holly starting at 6 pm. Dates: March 16th, 23rd & 30th The event is FREE; Registration is required, and no drop-ins will be permitted due to limited space.
