Tobata by Toby is an exciting interval class focused on improving cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance with featured movements done in intervals followed by a rest period. Join us and reap the benefits of this exercise class from 10:00 to 11:00 am. This class meets at the Burlington County Lyceum, 307 High St., Mt. Holly. Registration is required, and no drop-ins will be permitted. Bring an exercise mat. Date: March 14th, 21st,28th, April 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th This event is FREE; registration is required.
