Participants will try to find as many species of birds as possible while traveling in between Crystal Lake, Kinkora Trail, and the County Fairgrounds. Dress for the weather and bring binoculars. Join our Park Rangers for an overnight camping experience in the park. Go for a sunset hike with the sights and sounds of the seasonal night life in the park followed by a campfire under the moonlight. Bring your own tent, camping gear, and food (cooking on fire is allowed). Registration required. Meet at Long Bridge Park 895 Deacon Road, Hainesport, NJ. Severe weather will postpone event and registrants will be notified.

Studies show that taking a walk in a natural area is good for your physical and mental health. Adults and interested teenagers can join a naturalist for a Saturday guided hike in the Rancocas preserve. Register online. There is no charge for this program, but donations are encouraged.

Visit Historic Smithville Park to see works by the talented teens of Burlington County. Schools throughout the region will be represented. This will be a great opportunity for students, families and the community to see the artwork in a gallery setting. Gallery hours: Thursday-Saturday 10-4; Sunday 12-4. Reception will be held April 27 at 1 PM.

Rotating exhibits featuring works by different artists will be coming this Spring to the Wardens House in historic downtown Mount Holly. Featured in this exhibit is the work of Lawrence Davis. Lawrence’s work reflects the timelessness of Americana in the form of landscapes and barnscapes. His work reflects that of the "Brandywine Valley" School of painting made popular by the Wyeth Family and Howard Pyle.
