Laughter Yoga is a whole-body, well-being practice that benefits your body, mind, and spirit. You don’t need to be flexible or funny. It is a complete series of techniques that unlock the many healing benefits of laughter and promote physical wellness and overall well-being. We use intentional laughter, mindfulness, deep breathing, and playful activity to positively affect various aspects of our health: physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual. Laughter Yoga occurs at the Burlington County Lyceum at 307 High St., Mt. Holly. Starting at 7:15 - 8:15 PM. Please bring a water bottle, beach towel, or blanket. This event is FREE; registration is required.
