Election Offices

  • The Board of Elections and Superintendent of Elections/Commissioner of Registration's offices are at 301 Harper Drive, Moorestown, New Jersey.
  • The County Clerk's Office has an office at 301 Harper Drive in Moorestown to accept vote-by-mail applications and provide mail-in ballots upon request. The County Clerk's Main Office remains at 50 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly, and can also accept vote-by-mail applications and provide mail-in ballots upon request.

New Jersey Division of Elections

State and Federal candidates coordinate with the Division of Elections to file petitions and run for office. The Division of Elections also coordinates and provides oversight of election administration in the State.

New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission

The Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC) monitors the campaign financing of all elections in New Jersey. All non-federal candidates and campaign organizations in New Jersey, including school and fire district candidates, must file contribution and expenditure reports with ELEC.
