Posted on: May 24, 2021[ARCHIVED] Curbside Recycling Collections Will Be Delayed by Several Days for All Municipalities
A national truck driver shortage is impacting trash and recycling collectors, including the County’s recycling contractor, the Occupational Training Center (OTC).
The OTC is working aggressively to solve this problem, but recycling pickup will be delayed for the several weeks.
Makeup days have been confirmed for the following towns:
Tues. June 1st – Beverly, Delanco, Delran, Edgewater Park and Riverside
Wed. June 2nd – Willingboro and Burlington City
Thurs. June 3rd – Burlington Twp., Springfield and Westampton
Makeup dates for additional towns will be posted on Tuesday.
All municipalities do have a recycling drop-off that we kindly encourage residents to utilize during this time. For information on the hours and location of your town's dropoff, please visit the Municipal Recycling Brochure webpage here:
