Burlington County plans to begin resurfacing a section of Westfield Road/Tom Brown Road next week as part of its State Funded Overlay Program.
Pavement milling and overlay work on 3.6 miles of the road, also known as County Route 614, is expected to begin on Wednesday, July 5, ad is expected to take about three weeks to complete. Traffic will be maintained through the work area between Centerton Road ad County Route 603, but motorists using the road will likely experience delays and are advised to seek alternative routes.
The work is being performed by Earle Asphalt Co., of Farmingdale, as part of the annual road resurfacing program.
A total of 34.2 miles of roadway in 13 municipalities are expected to be resurfaced through shared State and County funding.
