Burlington County is seeking Consultant support for the preparation of a Burlington County Complete Network Plan (BCCNP), focusing on transportation safety and accessibility improvements for Burlington County's most vulnerable roadway users, specifically bicyclists and pedestrians. This plan is intended to complement the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission's Regional Vision Zero Action Plan (in progress). The BCCNP seeks to identify and prioritize multimodal transportation improvements to increase access and safety for all users. The consultant will be asked to analyze regional crash data and identify the best proven bicycling and pedestrian safety countermeasures that can be scaled up as well as recommendations to solve safety deficiencies.
Interested respondents are advised that the required submittals are to be transmitted in two parts - Technical Proposal and a separate Administrative Proposal.
Deadline for electronic submissions is 5PM on OCTOBER 3, 2025.
